Welcome to CRAB. This guide walks you through creating and deploying your first AI chatbot.
Step 1: Create an account
Sign up at the registration page with your work email. No credit card is required for the Starter plan.
Step 2: Create a bot
From the dashboard, click New Bot. Choose an AI model (GPT-4, Claude, or Gemini), set a system prompt describing your bot's role, and configure tone and personality.
Step 3: Add knowledge
Upload documents or add URLs to your bot's knowledge base. The AI uses this content to answer customer questions accurately.
Step 4: Deploy
Copy the embed script or install the React SDK on your website. Customize widget colors and placement in the Widget settings tab.
Step 5: Connect channels
Navigate to Integrations to connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or Discord. All channels share the same bot configuration and knowledge base.
