WhatsApp Business API
Connect your WhatsApp Business account from the Integrations page. Configure your webhook URL and verify the connection. Outbound template messages require pre-approval from Meta.
Telegram
Create a bot via BotFather, paste the token in CRAB, and set the webhook URL provided in the dashboard.
Slack
Install the CRAB Slack app to your workspace. The bot responds to direct messages and can be added to channels.
Discord
Generate a bot token in the Discord Developer Portal and connect it from the Integrations page.
All channels share the same knowledge base, AI model, and workflow configuration.
